Vocal Alchemy 

The western world has taught us that we have to have an “American Idol” voice in order to sing. We have  been led to believe that we have to be gifted with an incredible singing voice in order to share our sounds and songs. In the 10 years that I have worked as a sound healer, musician,  and vocal coach,  I have found that this couldn’t be farther from the truth. Many of the people I have worked with, have lost touch with the power of their voice. Often, the blocks that are carried around our singing voice, are mirrors of the greater blocks and wounds we carry around sharing what is true and authentic to us. In my experience, I have seen that many of us hold these deeper blocks of fear and doubt around speaking our truth, sharing our purpose, taking up space, and being fully seen and witnessed in our greatness. 

Vocal Alchemy is a 6 week group mentorship program designed to connect you to your authentic voice. In the beginning of  my personal journey with singing, I wish I would have been able to cultivate inner confidence and knowing to stand firmly in my voice.  In over a decade of overcoming my own fears of sharing my voice, combining eastern healing practices and western vocal training, I am beyond excited to share this experience with you.. This course will take you on a journey through sound to heal any blocks you might be carrying around sharing your voice and expressing yourself freely and fully. You will receive the tools to strengthen and free your voice in every way. Vocal Alchemy is a combination of both group and 1:1 in person and virtual coaching as well as content and exercises for at home practice on your own, and/or with a partner.   You will learn vocal exercises to explore and strengthen your singing voice, as well as heal and process throat chakra blocks and wounds. You will also learn to use your voice to express and heal emotions, manifest your desires, deepen affirmations, and connect to your inner source. You will unlock the layers of healing and magic that occur when you embody your fullest expression. By the end of the  6 weeks you will leave being able to confidently express yourself through word and song.
