Experience alignment and atunement on a cellular level physically, mentally, and energetically. Yoga mats and props provided. This event repeats the first Sunday of every month.

Share Your Voice

"Share your voice" is a safe space to come share a song, poem, spoken word, or any other form of self expression. This event takes the pressure off performance and talent and encourages people to share their gifts as a form of authentic expression and healing. This event is limited to 10 people and everyone who attends is encouraged to share something.
