A sweet bedtime drink infused with herbs for a deep and restful sleep.
Last week my mans was struggling with falling and staying asleep for several nights in a row. I whipped up this sleeping potion and he reported having the best nights sleep he's had in a long time. Sipping this sweet and creamy beverage before bed will not only serve a sweet treat but help you get a deep rest. Chamomile and lavender are known to assist in sleep and also add delicious flavors to this bedtime brew. I also incorperated CBN oil from Color Up which is sure to add an extra boost of relaxation. CBN is similar but different from it's more well known sister compound CBD. This oil can help with sleeping disorders, pain relief, and can greatly reduce inflammation in the body. This ingredient is entirely optional and can also be substituted for your favorite CBD tincture. Sweet Dreams!
